1. Tracking information
If you want to track your order, you can write to us to support (email) and ask your order tracking number for your order number thats look like "Order #1381". After that, you can use the site http://17track.net with this tracking number. If you are having difficulty obtaining tracking information or with the use of a site to track - write to us at support.
Be careful, because the tracking information is only given by mail, if the order came from your email address. Also, the tracking code will be available online after 5 days after ordering. We try to send all orders as quickly as possible, but almost does not always work as we would like. We try to do the maximum convenient service to our customers.
2. Payment Methods
You can use any of the cards listed below to pay for your order. Your details are safe with us as we take security very seriously indeed. We also take fraud very seriously so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer. We temporary do not accept PayPal (May, 6 2016)
The site works with American sizes. However, our things go slim. Therefore, in order, choose your American size, and we select the item from the experience. Ordering the small size, you have the size of a large thing, but it corresponds to the small size of the US. Ordering M size, you get XL asian-size. And so on.
Depending on your country, shipping may take anytime from 5 days to 3 weeks. However, we prefer to give a range of 5-25 business days in case of unexpected delays. Usually shipping time to US its 5-10 days.
Please note that packages to South Africa, South America and Middle Eastern countries tend to take longer as well, about a month or a little longer than orders going to the US or UK.

You can return any item for a refund, within 28 days of receiving your original order, including sale items. A partial refund is offered for missing or wrongly shipped items. We will provide a reshipping service in the event of missing or wrongly shipped accessories, a partial refund on the item fare is offered in the event of accessories being unavailable for reshipping.
